This started out GREAT but it wont export any of the files then when you try to re-open it, it fails. That was a waste of my money. I tried all of the file extensions and it would stop on the first second of the song in HTML, and the rest wont play. Hopefully they will update for the bugs, if it worked it would totally rock.

This is a great aplication for people looking to make slideshows, I was looking for an app that could make this happan with few clicks. If you need to make an swf file and embed it in your web page it does not get easier than this. Hope to see in the near future features that lets you choose a fixed size comp, different borders and border sizes and transitions. Good work, keep this app going.

This program is very versatile in making sideshows in app, flash, email and html formats that can be uploaded directly to your site or played on any computer, Mac or PC. The themes are diverse, professional and, while not voluminous, hold the promise of more. If you want more control over building your slideshows, an expanded version of MagicShow, sans Apples flash restrictions (Im told), is available on the iFunia web page for a little more money. You can download a trial there, too!

This works pretty well, overall. Creates a nice interactive slideshow… but with no control over the default transition, which is your photos cut into squares that fly onto screen. Its the equivalent of a star wipe in video editing: very cheap. Very unprofessional. How tough would it be to build in other transitions? At least a simple fade from one photo to the next would be sufficient. As it is, I would be embarrassed to put a slideshow from this app on the web for either family or clients. Close… very close. But it just needs a couple more things to make it shine. Plus theres no way to preview your work before actually publishing it. UGH! (correction: there are different transitions, but they are tied to specific themes… it would still be nice to simply tell the software to use a simple fade.) Additionally, Ive noticed that when this software down scales the photos, theyre often left jagged and ugly and not suitable for full screen viewing.

This version will not save a project I had to completely recreate every single project. I am updating my review below _______________________ I contacted the developers and the provided me with an updated version to the one here on the app store. They provided me with a new registration code as well. The newer version they provided (2.4.0) worked fine.

How to upload the slides to FTP Server???

I cannot attach iTunes files to a slide show, any tunes for that matter. I can access music libraries OK, but all selections are grayed out and are not selectable? The themes are pretty tacky too, but what do you want for $6.00? The link to the help document goes to a 404 error page. Tsk tsk! Their support page really doesnt have any info on this problem, or for the application for that matter. I have an email into their support desk about this problem. Maybe I will something back, maybe not. :-)
